For our 10-year anniversary at the Modern, we will return to the composer we started with back in 2007, Morton Feldman. This program includes Feldman’s Crippled Symmetry and Earle Brown’s Hodograph I. Elizabeth McNutt (flutes), Christopher Deane (percussion), and Steven Harlos (piano) will perform the works in the Modern’s auditorium at 2 pm on December 16. Also be sure to visit the permanent collection to see artwork by the composers’ friends, Philip Guston, Jackson Pollock, and Mark Rothko. Admission is free and open to the public (museum admission is separate).
